Comfortable enough to forget about overnight, easy to pair with the app

Easy to use and very insightful

I bought the Adam sensor after seeing that Bryan Johnson uses it. I only received it a few days ago and have only done a few measurements so far. Its easy to use - you just wear at the base of the penis before going to bed and start a measurement through the app. App is very easy to use. You unlock your Androage after three measurements which is the best feature of the app as you can compare your measurements to your age. I was surprised that you don't feel it all when you wear at night - its as if its not there. Very comfortable to wear overall and app is good.
